每台vps按小时计费，每月有费用限额。
Each droplet is billed per hour up to its monthly cap.
2 我如何选择按月计费和按小时计费？
两种方式区别不大。digitalocean计费系统默认每月共有672小时，如果你的vps使用量不足672小时，digitalocean将按小时计费；如果你使用的时间超过672小时，超出的部分，digitalocean不收钱。也就是说，每月有个费用固定最大值。
There is no difference between monthly and hourly billing. All droplets are billed hourly, up until a monthly cap. We have estimated that each month has about 672 hours (28 days). If you use your server for less than 672 hours during the month, you will be billed for each hour that you used it. If you use your server for more than 672 hours that month, you will be billed at the monthly cost, which is no greater than 672 hours.
3 我的VPS关机状态，还会收费吗？
会。因为你的硬盘、CPU、内存、IP在关机状态仍会被占用。你可以给vps设置一个镜像快照保存，然后删除VPS，这样就不会计费了。到时候新建一个vps，然后选择“从镜像文件中恢复”。
Yes. Your diskspace, CPU, RAM, and IP address are all reserved while your Droplet is powered off. If you want to save a Droplet for future use take a snapshot of it and then destroy it. You’ll be able to create a new Droplet from the snapshot image anytime to bring it back online.
4 添加vps有安装费吗？
没有；你只需要支付1小时的使用费。如果你添加一个512MB的vps，然后仅仅是想测试某个功能，没问题，只需要花费0.007美元。
No — you only need to pay for 1 hour of usage. Spinning up a new 512MB server just to test something for a couple of minutes will only cost you $0.007
5 如何付款？
我们接受的信用卡包括Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, 还接受PayPal

6 我绑定信用卡就会扣款吗？
当你在digitalocean后台绑定信用卡时，我们会扣除1.23美元，用来验证信用卡有效性；验证后，会在30天内退还到你的信用卡账户内。在每次账单周期结束时，你才会被扣款。
No — when you enter a card, we only run an authorization charge of $1.23. This authorization is refunded back to your card by your bank in no more than 30 days. Your card is charged at the end of the billing cycle.
7 后台计费页面的符号是什么意思?
绿色代表用户拥有的金额，红色代表用户已消费的金额。
User’s credits show up with a negative (ie. -$11.25) while the amount they owe to DigitalOcean shows up positive (eg. $5.00).
8 后台显示我有余额，为什么我的账户仍被暂停？
用户必须激活一张信用卡，或者通过Paypal充值，才能使用后台赠送的余额点数。
In order to use the credit, users need to activate their accounts by adding a credit card to their account or prepaying through PayPal.
9 我通过Paypal转账了，为什么还没看到账户余额变化？
余额更新不是实时的，等到paypal把钱处理到我们的财务系统，您的余额会自动更新。
Balances are not updated in real time. Once you submit your PayPal payment it gets processed and added to our system. You should see the updated balance in a few hours.
10 如何取消账户？
亲，我只问你一个问题………….别问了，爱过。哦，好吧。你可以随时取消账户，在后台Settings里面。
（提醒中国用户：千万不要一人注册多个账户，DO肯定会发现，然后肯定会封杀你的账户）
You can cancel your account anytime through the control panel, under the settings tab.
11 你们允许退款吗？
一般不接受。如果一些情有可原的特殊情况，您可以后台提交支持单，客服会专门处理。
